Ехэ Александр (Грек: Ἀλέξανδρος ὁ Μέγας гү, али Μέγας Ἀλέξανδρος,[2] Mégas Aléxandros; МЭҮ 356 BC - МЭҮ 323),[3] гү, али Македониин III Александр (Грек: Ἀλέξανδρος Γ' ὁ Μακεδών) эртэнэй Грекийн [4] Македониин хаан (басилевс) (МЭҮ 336–323) байһан.
