Африкын эбэр (амхараар የአፍሪካ ቀንድ yäafrika qänd, Араб: القرن الأفريقي al-qarn al-'afrīqī, сомаляар Geeska Afrika, оромоор Gaaffaa Afriikaa, тигриньяар ቀርኒ ኣፍሪቃ) гү, али Сомалиин хахад арал болбол Арабай тэнгис уруу хэдэн зуун километр түрэн ороһон, Аденай булангай урда талада оршохо Дурна Африкын хахад арал юм. Африка түбиин эгээн зүүн үзүүр болоно. Эртэ болон дунда зуунай үедэ «Билад аль-Барбар»Берберүүдэй нютаг»),[1][2][3] гэээшэ байһан тус хахад аралда Эритрей, Джибути, Этиопи, Сомали уласуудые хамаруулаад ойлгоно.[4][5][6][7]
